Due to the increasing internationalization of the economy, advising our clients can not end at the borders of Germany.

Our partnership has responded to this development for many years and maintains numerous contacts with accountants, lawyers and tax advisers abroad.

We are a member of Urbach Hacker Young International Limited, a UK company and from part of the international UHY neutrale of legally independent accounting and consulting firms. UHY is the brand name for the UHY International network. The services described their are provided by Langenmayr and Partner and not by  UHY or any other member firm of UHY. Neither UHY nor any other member of UHY has any diability for services provided by other members.

We are a shareholder of UHY Deutschland AG, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. UHY Deutschland AG is a joint venture of renowned medium-sized auditing companies based in Berlin and branches in Bremen, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt, Munich and Stuttgart. The companies involved in UHY Deutschland AG work with a total of approx. 200 employees and partners, including more than 30 accountants, approx. 40 tax consultants and more than 15 lawyers.

The aim of the cooperation in UHY Deutschland AG is to be able to offer our clients the highest level of audit and advisory services through the combined know-how of all employees and partners of the individual auditing companies.

UHY Deutschland AG participates in the system of quality control (peer review) and is therefore entitled to carry out all fabutory audits.

UHY Deutschland AG is registered with the US-American PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board). This registration is necessary to audit German subsidiaries of companies listed in the United States.
